CHOP’s APP Clinical Immersion Program helps new-to-practice nurse practitioners and physician assistants transition to the hospital provider community alongside a supportive network of peers. The 5-month program engages fellows in clinical, didactic, and simulation-based training in their clinical area of focus. Fellows receive competitive trainee compensation, full benefits, professional development and mentorship experiences, and an opportunity to begin training during the credentialing process.
