Hiring Events Talent Acquisition connects with candidates at career fairs, colleges and universities, conferences, and more. We also host talk and tours, information sessions, and pop-in events at businesses throughout the Philadelphia area. 
West Philadelphia Skills Initiative West Philadelphia Skills Initiative (WPSI) is a workforce development program that connects local job seekers to careers. We collaborate with WPSI to hire a range of professionals, including research technicians, clinic aides, lab assistants, security officers, and more.  
Healthcare Education Initiative Developing the workforce of tomorrow is foundational to our mission. Through Bloomberg Philanthropies' Healthcare Education Initiative, CHOP has partnered with Mastery Hardy Williams High School to prepare students for careers in healthcare. 
CHOP Cares Program Many employees are deeply involved in our surrounding communities. The CHOP Cares Community Fund and Grants Program encourages ongoing involvement by offering competitive grants to support employee volunteer efforts. 
Community Impact Initiatives Breakthrough Makers lead more than 100 community programs addressing a range of topics, including obesity, asthma, food insecurity, violence, homelessness, literacy, teen pregnancy, HIV/AIDS, disease education and advocacy, and more.  
Healthier Together Healthier Together helps children and families in West and Southwest Philadelphia live their healthiest lives. The initiative supports programs with a proven record of reducing health disparities and improving child health by addressing social determinants.
