World-Class
Child Life Specialists (CLS) are assigned to every inpatient unit and most outpatient areas, including Fetal Diagnoses and Treatment, Day Surgery, Radiology, Proton Therapy, and two Pediatric and Adolescent Specialty Care Centers.

About Our Department
Child Life Specialists support an extensive range of programs, including Broadcasting & Media, Patient Technology, Hospital School and Robotic STEAM Programming, and Art, Music, and Dance Movement Therapy. Our team includes a dedicated Patient Events Coordinator, Donor Relations Coordinator, and more than a dozen dually certified CLS/Therapeutic Recreation Specialists.
