Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Operations Manager will provide oversight and governance of systems, processes, procedures for Talent Acquisition. Role will focus on standardization, process efficiencies and improvements across all Talent Acquisition functions, and partner with other Human Resources departments. Responsible for Talent Acquisition metrics and analytics. 

Job Responsibilities
  • Focus on standardization of processes and procedures, with an emphasis on  improving workflow and efficiencies
  • Lead Integrated Talent Management and liaise with other Human Resources departments to ensure Talent Acquisition is well positioned for integrations and system optimization
  • Responsible for metrics, analytics and Talent Acquisition scorecard / dashboard
  • Provide baseline and ongoing education to Talent Acquisition team

Required Education and Experience

Required Education:  Bachelor’s degree

Required Experience: Five years’ Talent Acquisition experience. 

Preferred Education, Experience & Cert/Lic

Preferred Experience:  Applicant Tracking System or Workday experience

  • Applicant Tracking System expertise
  • Exceptional ability to use both quantitative and qualitative data and analytics to frame, understand and synthesize complex business problems into clear, concise and easy-to-understand objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interpret results, understand implications and communicate to business users.
  • Process-oriented with extraordinary communication and organization skills.
