Job Summary

Provide research-oriented administrative support for the Center for Outcomes Research.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate research meetings among study team members.

Summarize and distribute the minutes from project meetings.

Support statisticians and project managers in the Center for Outcomes Research.

Facilitate communication between the investigators and statistical programmers to ensure analyses are conducted accurately.

Create and maintain study documents for assigned grants/studies.

Conduct literature reviews for grant and manuscript development.

Assist in the preparation of grants, reports, manuscripts, figures and tables.

Prepare illustrations of statistical findings for use in papers and presentations.

Submission of study protocols for review and approval by all applicable regulatory committees (IRB).

Develop project-specific data acquisition requests for submission to CMS and other data vendors.

Prepare analyses files by linking different databases.

Perform data checks to ensure validity.

Required Licenses, Certifications, Registrations


Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or eqivalent
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years relevant experience in a clinical research setting.

Preferred Education, Experience & Cert/Lic

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Additional Technical Requirements

  • Good organizational skills
  • Good communication skills, telephone skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, database, etc.
