Job Summary
The Technology Administration Supervisor is responsible for :
- Leads team in planning, forecast and implement new technologies of high complexity.
- Builds and supervises a team of engineers/analysts to provide skill set needed.
- Identifies work trends and adjusting personnel to meet demand.
- Provides internal consulting, technical guidance, information and support to application support teams, IS infrastructure, management and users.
- Demonstrates advanced use of analytics and metrics to manage service delivery
- Promotes operations center mission and strategy through coaching, meetings and interactions with teams.
- Develops and enforce regulations and standards.
- Represents Technology Administration in enforcement of change control.
- Manages changing priorities and appropriately allocates project resources and assess staffing needs.
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency in creating detailed documentation and project plans.
- Reviews, develops and documents system level operational concepts and mission statements.
- Understands and can speak to the infrastructure components that provide the foundation to the applications owned by technology administration.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication within team and external.
- Maintains a high level of education in emerging technologies.
- Coaches and mentors all levels of staff and peers with differing detailed knowledge.
- Schedules, assigns work, reviews the technical adequacy of work products, meeting cost and schedule for assigned group and interface coordination with other groups.
- Participates in the forecasting of budgets and contract negotiations
- Manages internal and external audits (findings, remediation, follow up)

Required Education and Experience
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Required Experience: Experience in healthcare technology
Preferred Education, Experience & Cert/Lic
Preferred Experience: At least six (6) years of relevant (to concentration) IT experience
Preferred Licenses/certificates/registrations: ITIL Certification
Additional Technical Requirements
Voice Concentration:
Senior level working knowledge and experience in the installation, maintenance and administration of telephony systems, voicemail, IVR, Programming or scripting, VOIP, healthcare telecommunications solutions, and unified communications.
Account Concentration:
Senior level Experience in:
Account management and active directory.
Epic
remote access administration
Identity management tools
security standards in account provisioning
Platform Concentration:
Senior Level working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Asset management lifecycle and tools, device hardware, platforms and operating systems, Microsoft Management Tools, Enterprise Printing Management, software distribution tools.
