Job Summary

Primary responsibilities are to work with finances, data collection/reporting/analysis, program management, clinical operations, and supervising employees.

Job Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

Active participation in budget and financial analysis processes as directed by Manager or immediate supervisor.  May process F1, HRIS, Faculty compensation transactions


Data Collection, Reporting & Analysis

Data collection, organization, report generation and distribution

Data analysis and some interpretation.


Program Management

Active team member, in addition to participation, coordinates projects, programs, etc. in whole or part.

Required Education and Experience

Required Education: Bachelors of/in business, health administration or related field required


Required Experience: 2-4 years previous experience with financial management and planning in an academic healthcare environment required.

Preferred Education, Experience & Cert/Lic

Preferred Education: Masters of/in business, health administration or related field preferred.

Additional Technical Requirements

Effective leadership skills including:

  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills
  • Budget management skills
  • Program development skills
  • Knowledge of and experience with QI tools/approaches
  • Highly proficent in MS Excel
